What are your business hours?

We're here to help you from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to
6 PM EST, and on Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM EST (closed on Sundays).

Is it possible to order online and pick up in-store?

Yes, we offer the convenience of online ordering
with in-store pickup. Simply place your order through our website and select
the "Pick-Up In-Store" option at checkout. We'll send you a
notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid
photo ID and your order confirmation for a smooth pickup experience. For more

Can I return or exchange an online purchase in your showroom?

Of course! If you need to return or exchange an item you purchased online, just stop by our showroom link, and we'll take care of it for you.

I haven't received an order confirmation or shipping email. What should I do?

First, check your email's spam or junk folder. Order confirmations usually arrive within an hour
of placing your order. If it's been longer than that, please contact our
customer service team at link. As for shipping confirmations, these are sent out typically within 48 working hours of your order being placed.

The product I received looks different from the website.Why is that?

We do our best to accurately represent our products online, but sometimes, the actual product
might slightly vary in color, texture, size, or shape due to differences in
monitor and device displays. Also, our handmade products often have unique variations in color, shape, or pattern, which are natural characteristics, not defects. Each item is distinctive.
