Returns and Exchange Policy

At Plumeria, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. All our products are handmade and unique, which is why we regretfully cannot accept any returns. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied, we offer the option to exchange any product within 10 days of receipt, provided it remains unused.


To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@plumeriadd.com with your order number. Further details and guidelines on our exchange policy are provided below.

Conditions for Non-Defective Orders:

  • Notification to Plumeria must be made within 3 days of delivery, with the product remaining unused.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all components.
  • Packaging should be original or equivalent. If items were delivered on a pallet, please retain it for possible exchange.
  • The exchange process must be completed, with the product(s) returned to the showroom within 10 days of the initial exchange confirmation.
  • If the product is to be sent to the store by mail for exchange, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.

Products Ineligible for Exchange:

  • Used products.
  • Products with signs of animal fur, hair, or stains.
  • Damaged items are not eligible for exchange.
